Full Ingredients

Elderi Flow is a proprietary blend which contains Magnesium Glycinate, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Quercetin, Curcumin, Ashwaganda, Zinc Picolinate, and Chromium Picolinate. Elderi Flow is dispensed in a bottle filled with 30 capsules for oral use. Each bottle of Elderi Flow will have a batch number and expiry date. Do not use past expiry.

Dosing Instructions

  • This supplement coordinates with your monthly cycle
  • Start with two capsules a day when you’re ovulating (approximately two weeks before your period)
  • Discontinue once your period begins
  • You can take a maximum of six per day (two capsules, thrice daily)
