This package is specifically designed for you, providing our Medical Team and Specialist with a thorough understanding of your hormone health and overall wellness, allowing us to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific goals.

You will receive a referral for an extensive pathology exam to assess your hormone levels and identify any vitamin or mineral deficiencies. This is followed by a consultation to review your pathology results and develop a customised treatment plan focused on balancing your hormones and optimising your health. We recommend completing this package once per year.

Please note that this consultation is privately charged and Medicare rebates are not available. Once purchased, our Patient Care Team will contact you to schedule your consultation and gather further information about your concerns, ensuring our Medical Team is well-informed before your appointment.

Receive Pathology Forms

First we will order blood tests to measure hormone levels and identify any underlying health conditions that may be contributing to hormonal imbalances. You will receive a package which will include all instructions, pathology form, details of sample collection locations.

Pathology Assessment

Your samples will be assessed once received by our labs. The turnaround time for results is 7 – 10 business days. Once the pathology has been returned, we will book you in for your consultation with the specialists.

Consultation with the Medical Team

At the time of your consultation, our medical team will call you to discuss your concerns and appropriate treatment options moving forward. During the consultation, our specialists will conduct a thorough evaluation of your medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.

Receive Your Personalised Treatment Plan

After your consultation and review with our Medical Team, you will receive a copy of your results via email. Based on the evaluation, a personalised treatment plan that may include supplements and hormone replacement therapy will be recommended.
