Elderi I am B booster shots are made of the following active ingredients: Thiamine hydrochloride 100mg, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate 5mg, Niacinamide 100mg, Dexpanthenol 5mg, and Methylcobalamin 5mg per 1.2mL. All booster shots also include Benzyl alcohol, Sodium hydroxide, and Hydrochloric acid as pharmaceutical excipients. Elderi I am B booster shots are dispensed as 4 x 0.2mL Prefilled Syringes. Each set of Elderi I am B booster shots will have an expiry date. Do not use past expiry.

Dosing Instructions

  • The recommended dose for I am B is once a week for four weeks, with a maintenance dose of one a month after.
  • Pinch a small part of your abdomen near your belly button and clean it with the provided alcohol wipes.
  • Insert the needle into the pinched area of fat at a 90 degree angle and slowly push down the plunger. It will feel like a small pin-prick!
  • There should be no heavy bleeding afterwards – wipe down the area with an alcohol swab afterwards to clean it.

Contraindications

You should not take this if you are:

  • already taking other methyl B supplements that would push you over your recommended amount of B vitamins
  • already taking the I am Recovered Booster shot
  • allergic to any of the active or inactive ingredients
  • diagnosed with any liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease or an iron or folic acid deficiency
  • currently pregnant or breastfeeding or intend to become pregnant or breastfeed
